The platform's mentors will follow Krishna's model, showing mentees a detached helicopter-like overview to offer contextual direction and a timely nudge while mentoring startups and supporting transformative leaders, incubators, accelerators, and investors.

The mentor will pull relevant insights or solutions, enable accelerated skilling, ensure an upfront understanding and trust-building with investors, develop a balanced perspective, synthesise fragmented initiatives, leverage complementary strengths and enable proactive preparedness

The mentors will also offer timely contextual nudges to Value receivers to pull and integrate relevant solutions. The platform is founded as a bootstrapped LLP organisation, enabling ease of start and fluidity in phase I. In the future, it will evolve after interactions with ecosystem stakeholders are considered to facilitate the modelling of decentralised ecosystems based on DeFi, Web3, and Blockchain. The impact will converge philanthropic and business investments. Global best practices for assessing intangible impact sharing of outcomes will be considered.

We will use insights and ideas from interactions in Phase 1 to design a Model Sub-Ecosystem Platform. This model will use Web3, Defi, and Blockchain technologies to create decentralised ecosystems that enable direct matches between solutions and needs without intermediaries or aggregators and promote inclusive, sustainable, and scalable growth.

 Phase III- Ecosystem evolution within & across ecosystems

 For evolving ecosystems, scenario planning, horizon scanning & future-proofing will be leveraged to strategise

• Evolving within ecosystems for geographic expansion, market consolidation, scope expansion & Business Model change
  • Through network effect for 1) Family-like bonding, 2) Value enhancement, 3) Cost-effective scaling up, and 4) Sharing cross-learning.
