Visitor privacy information — DRAFT

Review document, not an approved or published privacy policy. This review website prepares introductions in the browser. Direct submission is being integrated but must not be used publicly until verified and the privacy notice is approved. When enabled, submissions are sent to FormSubmit.app for processing and email notification to Jeevansarthi Connect. The configured submission retention is “Do not store”; processing and operational logs may still occur.

Proposed live-service approach

We intend to collect only name, a contact method, pathway, purpose and a short introductory message; optional city and contribution details may also be provided. These would be used to respond to enquiries and coordinate voluntary participation. Only authorised coordinators should access the resulting emails. No separate enquiry database is planned for the initial pilot.

Information should not be shared with independent partners without appropriate permission. Visitors should be able to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. A retention schedule, data processor details, grievance contact and legally reviewed privacy notice must be finalised before live website collection is enabled.
